2. Services Overview

HeyHelpy is a platform that connects individuals seeking assistance with tasks ("Users") with independent service providers who can complete those tasks ("Taskers"). 4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To use our App, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, restricting access to your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent use.

5. User Roles and Responsibilities

5.1 Users (Task Posters)

As a User posting tasks, you agree to provide accurate and complete task descriptions, set reasonable expectations and deadlines, communicate clearly with Taskers, pay for completed tasks promptly, provide honest and fair ratings/reviews, and not post illegal, harmful, or inappropriate tasks.

5.2 Taskers (Service Providers)

As a Tasker offering services, you agree to provide accurate information about your skills and qualifications, complete accepted tasks to the best of your ability, communicate effectively with Users, maintain professional conduct at all times, report income and pay applicable taxes as required by law, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Independent Contractor Status

Taskers are independent contractors, not employees of HeyHelpy. We do not control, direct, or manage Taskers' work. Taskers determine their own availability, rates, and which tasks to accept. Each Tasker is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
